1. Add your returnable groceries to your order
when we take payment for your order, we'll charge you a deposit for the returnable container.

2. Enjoy your delivery!
our drivers will deliver your order as usual. Once your food has been enjoyed and the container is empty, give it a good clean so that it's ready for pickup.

3. Return on your next delivery
the next time you get a delivery, you can return your container to your driver. Please make sure its clean and undamaged. Unfortunately, our drivers won't be able to accept containers that aren't in this condition.

4. We'll credit your account
once it's returned we'll pop your deposit back onto your account as a credit.
