Refund policy
Out of Stock, Returns and Refunds
- If there are items missing from your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will fix the problem for you by either crediting the amount to your account or re-delivering the product.
- If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, we want to hear about it. Please contact us and we will aim to fix it for you.
- If an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to inform you about it.
Cancellations and Refunds
- We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your order. Please contact us by 6pm the day before your delivery. Any cancellations after this time may incur a fee. This may be due to the shops having already packed your order, or the order may already be on its way to you.
- Once an order is delivered in full is it non refundable. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product or there are missing items please let us know ASAP and we will fix the problem for you.
