Our Cultured Salted Organic Butter has a thicker texture and is treated with cultures, similar to yogurt. The culture is added to the cream, allowed to ferment and then churned. The result is a fuller flavoured, silky butter, with a slight tang. It also has a longer fridge shelf life of approx. three months.
