Schulz Organic Dairy is a family-owned dairy farm based in Timboon, Victoria, with more than 50 years and three generations dedicated to organic and sustainable farming. Established by Hermann Schulz in 1972, the business produces award-winning organic milk, cream, yoghurt, butter, and quark using milk from a single herd of Friesian and Jersey cows. Set on 1,044 acres of fertile land, the farm follows organic and regenerative farming principles to enhance the health of the soil, pasture, and animals, remaining completely chemical, hormone, and pesticide free. With a strong focus on sustainability and animal welfare, Schulz Organic Dairy continues to deliver premium dairy products across Victoria.
