St David Dairy is Melbourne's only micro-dairy, proudly producing award-winning milk, yoghurt, butter, cream, and cultured dairy products in the heart of Fitzroy since 2013. Founded by a fourth-generation dairy farmer, the business was created to reconnect inner-city Melbourne with fresh, locally produced dairy. Each day, St David Dairy takes in pure milk delivered from carefully selected farmers in Gippsland, at the base of the Strzelecki Ranges, just 100 kilometres from the factory door. Focusing on quality, sustainability, and traceability through small-scale production, the business is known for its creamy, barista-preferred milk and strong community values, delivering premium dairy products to cafés, restaurants and households across Melbourne.
