San Remo no. 22 rigatoni 500g is made from 100 Australian durum wheat and cooks in 13 minutes. Taken from the Italian word for stripes, Riga, this large-shaped pasta is much like oversized penne but cut flat at the ends and ridged so the sauce catches in the grooves.
